Covid-19 Response Plan

To all PCI Customers,

As many of you might have heard, the construction industry will reopen on Thursday, May 7, 2020. At that time, we will resume staffing of our offices with a limited team and conducting of field inspections.

 

We are now accepting inspection requests. Inspections will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. Only those inspections that are necessary to sustaining health/life/safety will be given priority. 

 

Inspection scheduling will not include a specific time frame due to the high volume of requests. Customers instead will be informed of a business day they can expect the inspection to take place on. Those requesting inspections will have to make accommodations necessary to provide access to the inspectors. When calling to schedule an inspection, please make sure you have accurate jobsite information including the jurisdiction and address.

 

Our office space will remain closed to the public and customers will be encouraged to utilize the established drop off locations, postal mail and electronic mail for the delivery of application materials and payments. Please note that processing time for permits may be increase due to the anticipated high volume.

 

Our goal is to restore operations to a level as close to full capacity as safely possible. We appreciate your patience while we work to the reduce the backlog of inspections and permits.
